ready to serve.

Simply take off the lid

and the delivery box becomes the serving tray.

Calculate 5 - 10 pieces (mcx) for a quick 5 à 7

and double that for a little bigger party.

For a cocktail-dinatoire (enough for a supper),

calculate 20 pieces or more per person.

 

Add some cocktail sandwiches for bigger appetites and maybe fruit or chocolate pots for afters.

 

Delivery arrives 1 hour before the event; all that is needed are napkins, no need for plates or cutlery.

SERVICE

 

Everything is designed to be self-serve,

however a set-up coordinator and service person can be provided if requested

to do set-up - 175$ to 300$ + travel (450$ for a team)

A chef can also be supplied to create warm canapés

and transfer banderillas onto serving plates to be passed by waiters.
This is called Chef Plating Service.

Or have your event in Titanic restaurant (full bar and full service)
or in our lofts upstairs (you do the bar, 
we do the food)
